Delivery Information

ANUKA aims to deliver your orders within 7-10 working days. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery occasionally there might be slight delays, if this occurs we will contact you immediately. If you require your order for a specific date please let us know using the information box when you place your order.

Delivery Costs

UK Shipping

Royal Mail special delivery – £7.25

This insured and trackable service requires a signature for delivery. Once shipped your order should arrive in 1 day.

International Shipping

1-2 weeks once shipped. All orders are sent by a secure trackable courier and will require a signature for delivery. If you order more than one item in the same transaction to the same address; there will be no extra delivery charge.

International delivery may incur additional import/duty charges that are out of our control. These charges must be paid for by the recipient.


Your jewellery will arrive in custom ANUKA packaging. We make every effort to ensure our items are packaged securely for their journey to you!

Gift Wrap

We offer a gift wrap service to all of our customers. If you would like to attach a personal note with your gift, please leave a message in our comment box when you order.

Late or Lost Deliveries

If your item is delayed please don’t hesitate to contact me at

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the dispatch (30 for international deliveries) as this is when Royal Mail classes items as lost.

Refunds and Exchange

We hope you love your jewellery! But if you are not satisfied with any of your order, items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in there original condition, with packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty.

Please use a trackable courier when returning or exchanging your items. ANUKA is not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.  Please include a note including your name with the item(s).

Once we receive your returned item, providing it is undamaged, unworn and in its original state with packaging; your account will be credited for the products amount or exchanged.
